Ice Cube appeared on Bill Maher's HBO show on Friday (June 9), where he addressed Maher for referring to himself as a "house n****r" in a previous episode. The veteran rapper got serious with Maher when he asked him, "What made you think it was ok to say that?"
Cube went on to say that it's very hurtful to him anytime a white person says the n-word, even if he says they didn't mean it. He explained, “It’s like a knife, man. When I hear my homies say it, it don’t feel like venom. When I hear a white person say it, it’s like a knife.” Cube then added, “That’s our word now, and you can’t have it back.”

So the ugly N word can only said by blacks? What kind of screwed up non-logic is that?
Most people say black men are hyper masculine but that’s wrong:

4. Hats and, above all, shoes are objects of extreme Delight. they are things to even kill for.
5. The key earers in the neighborhood, sometimes the only real earners, are females
6. Strong emphasis on comparing oneself to others
7. High value placed on verbally competing with others
Sounds racist. It is either hurtful or not, unless it’s just a game.
Understandable sing to many blacks, the word work is strictly a word only used by whites.
There’s no logic to black logic in the use of that derogatory word. Bill Maher is stupid to have said it but I’m not going to condemn him because that fool Ice Cube has used that word countless times in his rap tunes. We non-blocking understand the derogatory nature of that word and don’t use it. Blacks apparently think it’s OK to use it when we all know it’s not. That’s why all of us non-blacks can’t have a rational discussion about racial issues with them. They don’t get it and never will until they get off the Democrat “plantation”.

Because it's one the few things blacks can do that whites can't. So they relish that fact.

A race can’t co-opt a word. Either everyone can use it or no one can.
If a double standard doesn’t work for races or genders then neither do words they can use.
If blacks don’t want whitey to use the N word then they better stop using it. If not; don’t be surprised, hurt, offended, or anything else. Good for the good; good for the gander.

Has the “Nagger” episode been removed from the South Park show and Comedy Central’s officers soundly thrashed for airing it?
