President Trump's attorney will file a complaint against former FBI Director James Comey for leaking his own memo to the press, according to a report Friday morning.
Comey admitted during his testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee on Thursday that he directed a friend to leak his memo detailing his conversation with Trump in which he said Trump encouraged Comey to drop the FBI investigation into former national security adviser Mike Flynn.
According to CNN, Trump outside counsel Marc Kasowitz will file complaints against Comey with the Justice Department inspector general and with the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Trump reacted to Comey's admission Friday morning by tweeting "WOW."

I’d have two questions for Comey:
1. “Director Comey, do you beleive the FBI Director is above the law?”
(no, no of course not, etc) so then:
2. “Since you admit that you disclosed classified information to unauthorized persons and since you know this is a crime, are you prepared to sign a confession?”
I sent POTUS an email this morning encouraging him to fire Mueller since it appears he and Pajama Boy to set up Mueller’s appointment, and let DOJ appoint a prosecutor to investigate this whole mess, top to bottom
Do attorneys file “complaints” or charges?
While he was under oath they should’ve asked a follow up question about if there were any other leaks he knew about.
Same with interference from the justice department, it happened, were there any other instances?
Truepundit says he knows both these guys. I am not sure in what capacity. ..Like “knows” as in has them pegged..or actually knows them.
He claims Comey will be steering Mueller behind the scenes.
Yesterday El Rushbo was saying that Trump needs a bulldog attorney like Roy Cohn was for some other prez. Then Rush mentioned the white haired guy who spoke for Trump after Comey finished lying, and said he’s Trump’s new bulldog..
Good. How can we be outraged about it when Hillary does the same thing yet give Comey a pass?

CNN and others have been lying to the public and that was exposed yesterday.
It’s all very Stalinist/Orwellian how the shadow government and its propagandists are spinning yesterday’s hearing.
Is it really a leak though? A private citizen sharing his written thoughts?
I guess it happened on an FBI computer in an FBI car, but not sure if this rises to level of “leak.”

I was shocked when Comey said he leaked his memos to the press (or thereabouts.) Could not believe none of the republicans didn’t light him up.
This may just be posturing by Trump’s lawyer for some behind the scenes reason.
Comey isn’t a govt employee now.Not sure what repercussion there are to this since no classified info in them.

FBI agents do not record. Its a corrupt holdover from the homo J Edgar Hoover days. But nonetheless, that’s how they do it.
So Comey’s memo was a work product and an FBI record. He released and FBI record to a personal friend of his to give to reporters. This SOB should get the same treatment he gave to Martha Stewart.
