You must have heard a different McCain. The hearing and Comey’s statements were about Russian influences and McCain was talking about Hillary’s emails... You could see the consternation on Comey’s face when he kept trying to steer McCain back to the subject...Couldn’t help but wonder what Outnumbered was going to cover if they got back on the air after the hearing was adjourned - what would Megan McCain think about her dad’s mumblings or would it not come up out of courtesy to his daughter but I don’t think it came on.

McCain's questions were pertinent, and illustrated a double standard between Comey's handling of Hillary's emails and Trump's conversations. There was nothing confused, either about his question or about the point he was trying to make.
