Nauseatingly disgusting bad comic Kathy Griffin found herself isolated late yesterday after her Tweet of a photo of herself holding President Trump’s bloodied, severed head attracted protests from people of all political persuasions. Even Chelsea Clinton issued a tweet – no doubt written by someone else and focused grouped in advance – condemning the unfunny comic’s action. Ms. Griffin held firm much of the day, trying to laugh it all off as just part of her normal un-funny business, but then, after the Drudge Report had reported that the Secret Service was opening an investigation, she suddenly had a change of heart and tweeted out a 30 second insincere apology.
My only question about this whole incident is not why Ms. Griffin felt posting such a disgusting image was a proper thing to do. After all, she was just putting together an image everyone in the fake news media and the Democrat Party has been working to facilitate since Election Day by dehumanizing the President every day. No, my question is why so many on the left are going after Ms. Griffin, when they completely let Snoop Dogg off the hook when he released a video showing him shooting a mocked up Donald Trump in clown face a couple of months ago. Applying liberal logic, there can only be one answer: rampant sexism among the American left. No doubt about it.

Her apology video was planned even before he shutter was clicked. It is a cynical effort to gain notoriety and “cred” with the anti-Trump idiots without paying a price with the normals.
Trust me, you can cut Kathy Griffiths completely out of your life and not miss a thing.

I think you’re right that the apology was pre-planned. All part of some game she was playing.
Someone needs to be made an example of. She would be a high profile, hollywood celeb that gets 10 years in prison for threatening the President’s life.

What this exemplifies to me is that Griffin thought this was ok. She knows the extent of the hatred the left has toward President Trump and EVERYONE on the right and she thought this would impress them.
This is just part of living in that arrogant liberal bubble. The only reason she apologized is because some of the higher up fellow leftists threw her under the bus.
The problem for Kathy Griffon is that she needs to shock her core audience without losing her lucrative main-stream gigs. So she releases this photograph and then apologizes, so she can have the accolades of her target audience without paying the price.
It is a cynical and despicable effort.

Nobody (in normal America) knows (or cares) who Tyler Shields is. It is not his face in the photo. He can carry on his life and not be recognized.
For him this is all a plus. For Miss Griffin that image will be the photo used in her obituary when she dies.
Not able to confirm it but there are rumors that Miss Griffin will soon go on tour with the Dixie Chicks.
