No one has made sense of that interview that I have seen
I thought this was a good article, there have been pieces here and there of Comey, but to have it all in one place is good to see from where he was to where he is now...
I was thinking about Gowdy on the subject of Comey, as well.
Seems Trey is not following any other dots in the maze, except for the narrow scope of his committee assignment.
My take was that Gowdy agreed with Comey on the point that no lawyer would press charges against Clinton, because Justice, under Loretta Lynch, would have fouled the case against her. There is too much “collusion” between Hillary Clinton and the Justice Department, especially while under Clinton crony, AG Eric Holder, but also with AG Loretta Lynch.
Comey and Gowdy both know exactly the extent of the collusion and both knew a case against Hillary would go no where, under an Obama Justice Department. That’s just my opinion, anyway.
This is why Gowdy said that “history will prove that Comey made the right decision” not to prosecute her.
But.... now, it’s a new day and a new Justice Department!
