“But if my neighbors are the sort who dont believe in vaccinations, and if they skip the whole thing, and just take their chances ... in what way are they a threat to me or my children? How do they threaten anyone other than those other people who also dont believe in vaccinations?”
Some people have compromised immune systems and vaccines are not effective.
Some people are allergic to vaccine ingredients.
Some parents are ignorant of the vaccines leaving their children vulnerable.
The more people that are vaccinated, the less likely these people will be exposed.
I agree with you
“There’s no vaccine for TB”
“BCG, or bacille Calmette-Guerin, is a vaccine for tuberculosis (TB) disease. “
https://www.vaccines.gov/diseases/tb/
People in the US don’t typically get BCG.
And for what it’s worth I’m well aware of what BCG is.
Cause so many in lower incomes are fat as hell like their parents
Theres no vaccine for TB
“And for what its worth Im well aware of what BCG is.”
LOL!
Are you all alone on this thread with a constitutional idea of freedom? About our Gd given rights confirmed by our document, ensuring us our right to life, LIBERTY, and the pursuit of happiness?
It’s a shame so many FReepers care so much for the freedoms THEY want but not for those of their neighbors. That is kind of the point of freedom. You respect it for others even if you don’t want the same life as them.
Also, vaccines are a corporate PRODUCT that has not been updated in decades to meet actual new science. They are the ONLY product whose manufacturers hold ZERO LIABILITY in this country. And they use ingredients that are known to disrupt neurological functioning. It has also been PROVEN scientifically that some immune systems / biomes of gut bacteria are better at handling the neuro onslaught of a vaccine than others. But no one is investigating these differences. So vaccinating any infant is a crapshoot as to which are in an immunological state to endure without sequelae the injection(s).
Vaccination is primitive as it now stands and should not be given to ANYONE under one year of age, possibly two years of age, and years of studies need to be undertaken to protect babies from early damage that destroys their ability to function in life.
The other details like compounding doses, compounding adjuvants, combining vaccines into one jab, not given parents the package inserts for a week before dosing so that they fully understand this could be the last day they can communicate with their baby, etc, just details. First, vaccines should be banned under one year of age; studies should be undertaken to show which combinations of gut bacteria best protect the child’s brain; and vaccine manufacturers need to be held fully liable for vaccine injuries. If they stop making vaccines, that would be very telling.
First, Do No Harm.
The science is settled. All the pharmaceutical company scientist have a consensus that all that mercury can not cause any neurological damage. Plus all the same scientists now working at the CDC agree.
You’re absolutely correct. There are zero studies to the long term effect of vaccines. And it’s disappointing to see how many FReepers are drinking to Kool Aod regarding government mandated vaccination.
Go ahead and LOL. The original post referred to the elimination of TB by vaccine. My point is that there is no anti-TB vaccine in widespread use in the US and if one thinks TB has been eradicated then one is sorely mistaken & ignorant.

This is but one of many articles that notate an oncogenic virus was used to cultivate vaccines and is now showing up in human tumors, specifically brain tumors.
Not to mention, the use of aborted fetal tissue in vaccines has both ethical issues as well as potential safety concerns.
FReepers would be better suited to do their own homework rather than lap government Kool-Aid.
I did a lot of research 30 years ago when you had to send away for it and it cost money.
I did not vaccinate my children, and neither has my daughter vaccinated her three. I am not negligent, and I’m certainly the farthest thing from a “hippie-dippy”.
My children were home-schooled for the first 5 grades, then into private schools. They were fed healthy meals, with only a few treats now and again. My daughter and her husband are farmers and grow and sell healthy produce and meats. She is even more health conscience than I was with her and her brother.
Not everyone who chooses not to vaccinate is a flake. Actually, my doctor (not a holistic doctor, just a normal MD) agreed that once that needle is in there, if there is going to be any reaction, there’s not a thing can be done about it. He also said it’s six of one, half dozen of the other....a bit of a risk either way.
Years ago there were only vaccinations given for a few things at a time. I understand that nowadays they are needled for so many things, and often at the same time. I wouldn’t trust that for all the money in the world.
“My point is that there is no anti-TB vaccine in widespread use in the US and if one thinks TB has been eradicated then one is sorely mistaken & ignorant.”
My point was that you stated only that there was no vaccine when if fact there is.
“Their choices will not affect me.”
We had to get smallpox vaccinations, which was a nasty shot.
Now that shot is no longer required, as smallpox has been eradicated. That was achieved by vaccinating everyone.
I was on a Navy ship in heavy seas when we all had to get a plague shot in one arm and cholera in the other. I’d really like to see those diseases eradicated so that nobody has to get those shots any more.
One long term effect us no more polio. Except of course, its widespread in countries that don’t vaccinate.
I took vaccinations very slowly with my four.
Negotiated with our physician. Had the HIB, Dpt and Polio the first year. Stretched out between doses. Full dpt not done til 18 months.
Everything else is just Daycare shots.
Hep B is for sexually transmission and the kid can make their own mind up when they are adolescents
My kids have remarkably health immune systems. And all are adopted and from different bio parents.
People don’t realize - you can have chicken pox multiple times. I’ve had it four times. It’s milder each time.
All the docs were told in medical school that once you get it you don’t get it again. Wrong. Each time I got it my GP said I had it now but it was mis-diagnosed the last time. Then I point out that *he* was the one who diagnosed it. lol
There’s no vaccine for TB
Seems there is...

BCG Vaccine Current use, safety & skin test
The BCG vaccine is the only TB vaccine currently available, although there are other TB vaccines under development. Although far from perfect, the BCG vaccine is a relatively inexpensive, safe, and readily available vaccine that is still the only vaccine available for the prevention of human forms of TB.
Who is given the BCG vaccine?

The BCG vaccine is normally given to children as it has been shown to provide very good protection against the disseminated forms of TB in children, including TB meningitis. However the protection provided against pulmonary TB in adults is very variable. So the BCG vaccine is not generally given to adults.1
The BCG vaccine is one of the most widely used of all current vaccines, and overall it reaches more than 80% of all new born children and infants in countries where it is part of the national childhood immunization programme.2 The World Health Organisation (WHO) monitors the estimated coverage of the BCG vaccine in every country. 3
Not every country that could do so gives the vaccine to all children. Generally countries where there is a high level of TB use the BCG vaccine to vaccinate all children. Some countries with a low level of TB, such as the United States and England do not give all children the vaccine, but only those considered at particular risk. The United States has never vaccinated all children, but in the United Kingdom all children were given the vaccine until 2005.4

I never said people should get every vaccination out there. But I was a child during the late years of the polio epidemic and like most of the baby boomer generation appreciate the advances in medicine that saved many lives. Also, TB. I had both the mumps and measles but I recognize that people have died from these sicknesses. Moderation in all things.
Exactly correct.
