Obama wanted to be Trump:
Surely nothing in recent times matches the glaring hypocrisy of Barack Hussein Obama aspiring to be Donald J. Trump and coveting the riches that mark Trumps lifestyle.
More than two decades before he railed against Donald Trumps temperament and core values, a young Barack Obama dreamed of becoming the billionaire businessman. (Fox News, May 3, 2017)
And he almost did. Obama, with millions of dollars, left the U.S. presidency as a very rich man. The difference between millionaire and billionaire is only a matter of where the zeroes are put.
difference is Obama and his simian wife did nothing to earn it.
Both racist hypocrites to the Nth degree
Every commie leader is a capitalist pig at heart. It’s just that he keeps all the capital.
Leftist are immune to irony.
None of them can see the incongruity of Obama pocketing every dollar of his presidential salary and pension while delivering speeches for $400,000.00 denouncing capitalism and corporate greed (speaking fees paid by the corporations no less).
What a hypocrite!
Bribes for an enemy islamist pig-dog.
You owe simians everywhere an apology.
If the author is a born Canadian, then he doesn’t have a full understanding of Capitalism.
Socialists who are generations into Socialism can’t seem to grasp the concepts of personal responsibility, judeo-christian principles of earning money with their labor nor can they understand a world where a man is allowed to do what he sees fit and accept the outcome without the Government dishing out that consequence.
He missed the mark entirely : Socialists don’t want to “be” a wealthy business powerhouse at all. That involves work. They want to be rich.
So when Barky said “To be like Donald Trump” he meant gold furniture and tons of money. He didn’t mean “working throughout the night every night for 10 years to work out a deal where he could buy a distressed property then turn it around so that people would pay money to visit it”
He meant “I wish I could have 30” rims on my Escalade.”
You beat me to it your Nullness! Be still and know the void!
More like a Soros wannabe - he certainly had no talent or training to be a start-up entrepreneur. His intent was to destroy the American way of life and change it into a socialist, communist dictatorship. Wealth confiscation and redistribution for the masses with opulence for himself.
If you look into The Abyss long enough, it will look back into you...
Not if you are outside the event horizon.
So BHO made three or four million in royalties etc on his books.
Where did the rest come from ?

Who indoctrinate ZBig?
The same folks who indoctrinated Karl Marx...
"I do not like the reappearance of the Jesuits....
Shall we not have regular swarms of them here, in as many disguises as only a king
of the gipsies can assume, dressed as printers, publishers, writers and schoolmasters?
If ever there was a body of men who merited damnation on earth and in Hell,
it is this society of Loyolas.
Nevertheless, we are compelled by our system of religious toleration
to offer them an asylum."

Same Ol' Baalshyte, different centrally banked municipal outhouse.
I suggest he was always a capitalist pjg. The reformers with him on the campaign trail for his first a White House win were gone before his Inauguration, replaced by the usual Wall Street Goldman Sachs crowd.
You clearly didn’t read the article because the author makes the exact point you make, yet you criticise her for being wrong without reading what she wrote!?
You also might have noticed the writer is a she not a he if you had bothered to read what you are so critical of.
Nope. Didn’t read it.
There is also an important word that my response starts off with. “If”.
I was just having a discussion with some folks on Free Republic. You’re free to join the discussion !
I quit reading there, except to verify that this quote isn't taken out of context. It's not true at all. A millionaire can't buy and run a wide bodied jet, much less the several helicopters to get to and from it.
Let's say someone gave you a tax free million dollars the day you turned 18. You would be a millionaire. Any honest accountant will tell you that if you invest it wisely for the rest of your life, you can take no more than 4% of the principle each year if you wish to maintain that income and protect it from inflation. Some will even say three percent.
Now, $40,000 a year is a good starting salary for an 18 year old, but it's not life changing. There will be no Ferraris and mansions on that, and certainly no 737s. If you want something life changing, it's gotta be a billion.
