This is titled with apologies to Marshall McLuhan’s memory for the bastardization of his famed pronouncement, “the media is the message”. Truly though, the apology should be rendered by the media itself rather than a poor political missionary attempting to characterize the dissolution of the once-respected profession of journalism.
Perhaps it would be more fitting to say the ‘message is the narrative,’ but both turns of phrase are applicable. Media is the vehicle to disseminate tales as well as the embodiment of those tales contrived to promote a social outcome. In other words, media carries the narrative and is the narrative (message) at the same time. Either way, the narrative is propaganda, plain and simple.
I would love to see Trump just completely ignore the liberal media
Let them talk among themselves, only respond to anything on Hannity or Rush or Levin or anyone HONEST in media.
I had a similar thought yesterday driving home listening to NPR as usual dripping with fake intellectual disdain, reporting no news, only offering negative characterizations.
Since he can't win - even though he might defeat them on this or that, here or there ...
He should just say "They hate me personally, and they disdain and look down on us, they don't report the news, and they've totally lost control of themselves professionally, no ability to deliver any facts, it's not journalism. We're going to just ignore them and go about our business ... so ... to the media ... don't expect this administration to pay any attention whatsoever. Say whatever you want"
Actually the more I think about it ... the more it's pretty clear that's what they've done. Otherwise, the only 'sources' wouldn't be anonymous.
The media continues to serve an increasingly shrinking sliver of radicals and idiots. It seems like at some point ... it can't be profitable - since media requires eyeballs ... which leads me to believe there is serious globalist money flowing into the media organizations as payment for losing viewers by flogging them with the globalist anti-freedom propaganda.
Our present media is the manure that fertilizes the poison field of the Democrats. Our media has soiled their hands with lies and deceit. They are trying to destroy our beloved America and our beloved president. Our media is the cancer that’s trying to terminate our America. I’ve been watching this “It’s Russia” ever since Hillary and her crew began pushing it early on when she was stumbling around in her campaign and struggling to even get it off the ground......it is and has been a deterrent to keep people from looking at her and her cohorts criminal activity ,as well that Hillary was not physically able to do a campaign...with of course the Media hand delivering it all and keeping it alive to this day.
Hillary has said in the past that if she went down she was taking everybody with her......so they’ve ‘all’ been fighting to hide their participation, and as much the media pundits who are just as corrupt and dirty as she is.
I suspect the deal is to keep her in the limelight as the ‘face’ of the party regardless if or not they want her....else she’ll begin dishing out the dirt she has on so many. They are afraid of her and rightly so....nobody plays as nasty as Hillary Clinton.....she is one very vile individual.
They’re actually afraid of the Clinton/Obama machinery if they don’t play her way......they willingly got themselves into her slime pit swamp and once in there’s no way out of that quagmire. .....And if any tries they will not make it out alive, or at the very least heavily scathed having breathed the air of that swamp.
I have no sympathy for any of them as we watch them struggle so not to be exposed by lashing out at Trump and anything which moves the focus off them.
At least break up the ownership of the media companies.

Agree. Really, what does happen to them (demo rats, rinos, libtards, the humans that make up media muck, etc etc...) when they attempt to leave the swamp... if, as you say, are lucky to get out alive? They have sold their soul to the devil their end won’t be pretty.

As a freeper for several years I know their are many nasty trolls trying to change our mind... most do not believe in the One True God and think their ancestors came from the dung beetle. We should call them out but when we do they only go deeper in swamp... Be discerning Freepers?..
