Would the level of treason be topped if the emails discussed the political options of a successful rescue mission vs no rescue mission and the loss of 30+ State Dept and contractor lives. I say this because may understanding was that they were rescued by contractors from Tripoli.

It would be hard to prove an intent to betray the United States. It would also be a political nightmare to get Congress to agree who is the enemy of the United States.

Endless lawsuits against Bill Clinton, now Obama and Hillary and none have ever achieved a result. Over 20 years of this now. No one in jail or thrown out of office.
