FBI director Comey misled the nation by not advising the Department of Justice to indict according to existing law procedure on the books, for the crimes stipulated under law. That, is enough reason to have him terminated
This author asserted at this website four months ago that;
• There is no supportable evidence of a successful Russian attempt that can be credited with scuttling Hillary Clinton’s presidential aspirations;
• That there’s no evidence of WIKILEAKS and Vladimir Putin conspiring or coordinating to change the results of the American elections;
• There’s no evidence of the Trump Campaign or Donald Trump conspiring, colluding or coordinating either with the Russians or Wikileaks;
• The ONLY evidence in existence to date is of the Clintons having a Russian Connection that benefited the Clintons only.

What an utter and complete joke Washington is.
Hannity was super last night. No commercials - guests Lou Dobbs, Jay Sekulow, and Sarah Carter. It was excellent - riveting. All of the opinion a perfect time and the right time to wipe the slate clean and begin again on all the Clinton matters - and the obozo messes - Fast and Furious, IRS targeting conservative groups; you name it. Everything those filthy people had their fingers in....New agents, new investigators, new everything! Sounded so good to hear; now for it to happen exactly like that.
It is so amazing and so irritating to see the MSM harp on and on about the firing came about because Trump wanted to put a stop to Comey’s investigation of HIM. NEVER BEFORE IN THE HISTORY OF THE COUNTRY BLAH BLAH BLAH! Their viewers will believe them and that’s what they count on.
They all said that they only need to read the letter that the Assoc. Attorney General wrote to Sessions and it will be clear to everyone WHY he had to go and WHY Trump had to do exactly what was recommended.
Sekulow for new FBI director. Or even interim. He’s has a brilliant mind and career record.

Yes - Sekulow would be a fine person for the job. Even, as you say interim would be acceptable. Trump needs to take his time as these idiots like Flake are ready to pounce! Before Hannity signed off last night he saw something that said Trump plans to announce a replacement this week. I hope not - unless it’s temporary...
AND NEWT - how could I have forgotten him? He wasn’t in the “group” of the three guests but Sean brought him in toward the end. Of course, he added a lot to the discussion as he always does...

“You’re fired!” — That’s gotta hurt.
Comey was a disaster. He failed to prefer charges to the DOJ for Hillary’s obvious and egregious violations of infosec laws and dropped the investigation. Then, 2 weeks before the election, he reported that that Hillary was being reinvestigated, but subsequently found no “intent”. None was necessary.
It’s time for those in positions of privilege be held to an equal standard (if not a higher standard).
