This Spending Bill should have been passed and a fait accompli last fall. Trump never should have been able to get anything out of this year's Budget.

Anything he does get is a net gain, win Trump.

$15 Billion for increased military spending, $1.5 Billion for increased border security, etc. Trump did well here, and will blow your socks off with the 2018 Spending Bill in September.
