Last night the White House issued a statement blasting the decision:
Once again, a single district judge — this time in San Francisco — has ignored Federal immigration law to set a new immigration policy for the entire country. This decision occurred in the same sanctuary city that released the 5-time deported illegal immigrant who gunned down innocent Kate Steinle in her father’s arms. San Francisco, and cities like it, are putting the well-being of criminal aliens before the safety of our citizens, and those city officials who authored these policies have the blood of dead Americans on their hands.
In any case, you don’t have to look very far for some evidence that this judge has a partisan streak. Orrick is the same judge who granted a restraining order against the Center for Medical Progress, the group that released undercover videos of Planned Parenthood back in 2015. And according to the Federalist‘s Mollie Hemingway, Orrick was an Obama campaign bundler who collected more than $200,000 for the candidate in 2008. He had also previously raised more than $100,000 for candidate John Kerry in 2004.
The judge’s decision doesn’t appear to interfere with AG Jeff Sessions ability to withhold some federal money from sanctuary cities, so the impact of the injunction may be more symbolic than anything else. And on that count, CNN’s Chris Cillizza argues the politics of the decision are a win for the Trump administration.

So, we just all wait for the next horror story. I hope it's not a relative or friend of mine. Actually, I don't want it to happen to anyone, but we all know people or maybe have relatives in these dingbat cities, I do, and I worry every day about my daughter and granddaughter. Are they next? How do you quantify the worry titre in the sanctuary cities? All because of the left, the do-gooders and the mulit-culti brain washing.
Hey lefties, wait until it's someone you know! The more regular people are robbed, burgled, raped, tortured and killed in the sanctuary cities, the more this is not going to play well. Just add up the body count and the felonies in October, 2018 and run ads with examples 24/7. Alinsky back at them!

He can’t rule against anything. No action was taken yet, so not only is there no standing for the court, but no injury. His ruling of “pre-persecution anxiety” is laughable. Furthermore, the executive is clearly enforcing codified law, so unless the codified law itself is taken to court, the judge has no authority.
This is why I do not understand how it is these mayors, councilman, sheriffs, police chiefs are not arrested en mass for violating standing federal law.
As soon as you start charging these “public servants” (LOL!!) as accessories to the crimes these illegals commit (since these public servants enabled them) and dragging them out of their cushy little offices by the nap of their pants and in handcuffs, the faster this crap stops.

Interesting to note that the “judge” decided against withholding funds because of President Trump’s words during the campaign.
Imagine the precedent being set: politicians being held to campaign promises! It’s the end of the republic.
