That song was written prior to Feb 2015 which is when I began using cannabis as medicine. Depression is a terrible thing for anyone to experience.
The gal singing the vocals told me she never understood what depression was all about until she heard my demo of the song.

The depression you were experiencing was/is (now being masked) very likely demonic. When you started on the pot they backed off. Satan isn’t stupid. Look what he got for his efforts. A man who claims to a Christian hawking his wares. What an effective salesman you have become.
I know someone who had a very hard time with depression even after she had become a Christian. The LORD caused her to receive a tract that carefully led her through the steps of renouncing things such as cultic practices. It led her to speak to the demons she had collected and tell them to leave her in Jesus Holy Name. Upon doing this her awful depression left. One doesn’t even need to be involved themselves in demonic practices to harbor demons. They can come through ones parents, coming in contact with others who have. Also, having sex with others who have demons can transfer them to you.
