It is a shame that impeaching a judge requires 2/3 majority of Senate.

Maybe DOJ can have him arrested on inciting to riot...

It is a shame that impeaching a judge requires 2/3 majority of Senate.

While it does require a 2/3 majority to convict, the House only needs a simple majority to impeach. When it comes to out of control judges, I think it would be beneficial for the House to impeach a number of them even knowing that a conviction would be unlikely. While waiting a Senate trial, they would probably not be hearing cases and would likely have to cover their own defense cost. While the standard for impeaching a president or other executive branch official is "high crimes and misdemeanors", the standard for judges is "good behavior".
