Funnywoman Tina Fey called out white women who voted for Donald Trump, urging them to not look away just because some of the current political issues don’t immediately affect them.
“A lot of this election was turned by white, college-educated women who now would maybe like to forget about this election and go back to watching HGTV,” Fey said during the “Stand for Rights: A Benefit for the ACLU” on Friday night.
“I would want to urge them to like, ‘You can’t look away’ because it doesn’t affect you this minute, but it’s going to affect you eventually.”
The comments stemmed from the “SNL” alum’s discussion with New York Civil Liberties Union executive director Donna Lieberman and ACLU deputy legal director Louise Melling about women’s rights and fighting for protection of those rights under the current administration.
She openly discussed the future of women’s reproductive rights with the two ACLU directors and said as a college educated women herself, she pledges not to look away — things will eventually affect this group if they don’t put a stop to it.
“Again, open two windows. Do watch HGTV,” she continued. “But to not turn our attention away from what is happening.”
Fey famously portrayed former Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin on “SNL” and also served as the anchor of “Weekend Update.”
My opinion is, that many of the things that liberals/socialists/communists/Islamics do, is opposed by the Maker, these swine will have lots of explaining to do. 😀
This talent - free fey idiot is a good warning for all men of the type of women to avoid throughout your life.

Well, I never liked Tina .. and her disrespectful treatment of Sarah Palin .. WAS NOT FUNNY. Tina was sarcastic, throwing around charges against Sarah that has no basis in fact.
I can’t stand her .. and anytime she shows up on TV - I’m gone.
And .. her actions (along with other DemocRATS) are exactly what drove me to a person of much higher ideals. Along with a love for this Country that the DemocRATS have never, ever had .. and I don’t expect they ever will.

I quit watching that back when they cancelled a renovation show because the guys who would be hosting said they were opposed to the homosexual lifestyle. They didn’t even get a shot at airing their first show.
