But if she retired in 2015 WHAT was she doing discussing Trump campaign officials? Certainly wouldn’t be doing that in 2015. She was a Hillary consultant or something in 2016. Was she getting info from govt sources then? This whole timeline is really fishy.

Actually, in this case “process” probably refers more specifically to the attempt to bring down a presidency through fabrication of evidence and propaganda.
