When I was in the Army the way it works is whatever baggage, whatever ethnicity, whatever social status, whatever Sexual Orientation (not even a deal back then) and whatever color your skin was...

If you had any problems with meeting that Standard go see your Squad Leader then your Platoon SGT then your 1st SGT
If the CSM gets involved there better be Charges and then the CO and after that everyone suffers or ignores it.
I find the Salad euphemism most disgusting of all.

Yeah I talk about being Italian but up north that just means your parents or grandparents were from there.
it in NO WAY means i have ANY allegiance to Italy. None. Nada.
