It is awful. But let’s keep this in perspective. The reason that laws exist against pedophilia is because pedophilia had been with us for as long as man can remember. So throw the book at them. But don’t wrong your hands and pretend this is unprecedented or new.
I dunno. I’m sort of on the fence about whether this is new. Yes I agree their have been sexual perverts/homos/pedophiles as long as human history. But I think it’s more widespread now because it seems, at least to me, that these crafty creeps have established an underground support network by putting Jen selves into positions of authority: law, the church, education, medicine. Places where they can protect each other and also influence public thinking.
Maybe I’m just a conspiracy nut. I hope so.
