Since the judges keep blocking a travel ban that they say is picking out "specific groups of people" based off of this or that attribute be it "religion" or "country of origin" or whatever....
Trump should just go "King Solomon" on their asses and use the bully pulpit to ask the Judges "If we cannot put a temporary hold on people from countries that support terrorism, maybe I should just be completely "fair" and just put a PERMANENT HOLD on EVERYONE coming from EVERY Country!!!"
And then add that maybe the judges that blocked the two orders could maybe come up with a better idea to stop terrorists coming from countries that support terrorism since they obviously so damned WISE....

Who are “The People”?
The People are the citizens of the U.S. and lawfull residents.
Foreigners who are not yet here are not “The People” and therefore have no rights under our Constitution.
Further, they are not “Persons” in the context of the Constition or U.S. law.
They are “Aliens”.
If you can extend U.S. and Constitutional rights to “Aliens” not yet here, then the U.S. is not a sovereign state but a world givernment.
If Constitutional rights are enjoyed by anyone desiring entrance to the U.S. then all other rights and privileges extend to them as well under this ruling and I wonder if they are not “disenfranchised “ as potential voters.
Further, why wouldn’t they also enjoy “The Right of the People “ to 2nd amendment privileges.?

The only way that Trump can make that Solomon play is for him to first convince the public that there is a real risk of terrorists getting into this country.
Once he convinces the public of that, he can say that based on national intelligence he sees, he knows the treats are principally from people of certain countries, whose governments can not help us vet their citizens.
Because he is required to protect the public, he must act. The Courts have tied his hands and not to protect the public he must ban temporarily all immigrants who do not have green cars.
First he must win hearts and minds. If he does that and the Courts stop him then the Courts have a real problem and the American people will back Congress of impeaching a bunch of judges.

Americans over the age of 30 remember a country that didn't have Muslims shooting up night clubs, hacking people with machetes, and bringing down buildings.
I wondered from the beginning why he doesn't make an order banning all travel from outside the US then every few days give an order that travel is OK from a country or two.(Or something else devious)
