If the Obama Justice Department used a weak legal pretext to justify surveillance against Trump, that is a gigantic scandal
When you follow any ongoing news story, especially one with Donald Trump at the middle of it, it’s important to recognize patterns the media will use in establishing narratives. They will never officially tell you in a story that they’re assuming a position that’s oppositional to Trump, but you call tell whose side their on by comparing their language to what a lawyer would use in a courtroom.
Human shields.

I bet you will see many journalists throwing themselves on their pens in defense of Obung-hole!!
At this point, might as well go all in and list the other reasons why Obama should be investigated or indicted. It’s way more than ordering an illegal wiretap, if that can be proven. How about opening up the White House and State Department to the Muslim Brotherhood? What was meant by his cryptic (well documented) remarks to Medvedev in his first term? Why is he hanging around D.C. in an activist posture, is it just activism, or is it an attempt to undermine the duly elected government.
Imagine if W had done this.
And as for the media, hit them hard. When they chirp about being the ones to hold the president to account, ask, where the heck were you people from 2009 to 2016? Why did you never hold your earthly god Obama to account? I guess my question answers itself, really.
