President Trump needs to issue an executive order making it a felony punishable by mandatory fines and jail-time for anyone, especially so called news agencies, when an accusation of any impropriety by any American, especially an elected official, without first presenting iron clad proof to support the accusation. Any claim that comes from an “un-named anonymous source” to include so call insiders or persons close to would also be a violation. In fact any accusation without naming the source would violate the order. I realize that the New York Times would become a leaflet and that CNN, MSNBC, and most other tv networks would have to come up with 23 hours of advertising to make it up be so be it.

Executive Orders cannot create criminal law, and that is a good thing.
.....and Susan Collins and the rest of the intended investigative committee shrugged, slapped their foreheads and said, “Doh?!, den dere’s no use in us investigating.” I truly EXPECT that outcome after months of committee foot-dragging.
