36,635 dead lose their right to vote in West Virginia
Don Surber ^ | March 4, 2017 | Don Surber

Republican Mac Warner has been West Virginia's secretary of state for only 45 days, and already he has suppressed the votes of up to 36,635 dead people -- in an act of zombiephobia that defies the logic and reason.

Where in the state constitution does it say that your right to vote Democratic ends when you die?

Doesn't the ADA cover the "living challenged"?

Well, it should.

[Snip]

What next?

Voter photo ID to stop you from voting 11 times?

If this keeps up, Democrats may never be able to steal another election in the Mountain State.

The Dims are always willing to speak for those who can’t speak for themselves. But how can they do that if their names are not on the voter roles?

There should have been stiff resistance to this.

How many of the 36,000 voted?
= = = = = = = = =

Good point...

HOWEVER, one is far to many.

This genius in VA shelved an ‘investigation’ into why 10 or 11 VA counties have more registered voters than those eligible to vote.

Granted some are probably from people moving etc but in these days of computers etc it should be a simple challenge to determine is someone breathing or not or even living in the same state..

Is the ACLU going to File a Lawsuit for this obvious Racist Attack on Voting Rights?

Yup. As the Mayor of Jersey City, Frank “I Am The Law’’ Hague famously said once “Vote early and often.””

Does the Social Security administration flag these people as dead, and does that show up on eVerify?

That’s not fair! The dead are an important Democrat constituency. Trump should be investigated for this.

I can testify that, when my wife died, they promptly took her off the voter rolls.

In my case, someone told me that, since she was registered in San Diego County, and died in San Diego County, that the election officials were able to find her in the database and remove her as a voter. If she had died somewhere else, it would not have happened that way. At least that’s what I have been told about their processes.

Ideally you need states to communicate with each other on this subject. I’ve heard that there are numerous retired New Yorkers in Florida, who are registered and vote in both states. There should be some way to prevent that, but, I can see it’s a problem if Florida officials don’t communicate with New York to share information.

This should be ‘embalmed’ in every state constitution!

The rights of exhumed Americans are being violated all the time.

Imagine not being able to work at McDonalds, losing your right to vote, and not being allowed to enter either men or women’s bathrooms.

I almost lost my tongue in my convulsive laughter at this post!!

“Necro Americans” got me first and then “respirationally challenged” got me second.

Thank you for a fine laugh!!

Both are original to me, though others may have come up with them independently.
