This story was mentioned a few days ago, but that was the same day that MILO got fired from everything due to questionable remarks. The MILO thing got all the attention.
The speculation about John McCain, got almost no scrutiny at all. I’m sure McCain was relieved.
The new managers of Fox, the Murdoch Brothers, probably do not want to focus too much on McCains possible guilt of being The Leaker.
If Greta V. was still at Fox, I’ll bet she would have made a big deal about it. For that matter, so would Megyn have made a big deal about it. Megyn would take the indirect approach, and interview John’s daughter about it.
If the accusation is true it won’t matter what sort of media attention it’s getting, he’s going down. We should know soon enough if it is.
There absolutely should have been media scrutiny of McCain getting tricked by Russian pranksters as well as his pal McCain and Watters. If these calls are valid, it’s a disgrace that they were never reported.
