Where do you propose the Federal Government's power over the States stops? The 10th Amendment gives them authority to handle all but the enumerated powers of the Feds and this ain't one of them. There is no "Noble Cause" clause in the Constitution.

((% of our problems are there because the Fed has trampled the 10th Amendment for a long time.

Well i guess we should just do away with federal medical malpractice laws, federal child prostitution laws, federal medicine safety laws then? You know, since they are to be considered ‘noble causes’ and all?

Do you realize how many lives have been saved because of medicine safety requirements? How many children have been protected thanks to federal prostitution laws? etc etc etc? While there may not a a proper ‘noble clause’ there is such a thing as moral decency and common sense-
