Well i guess we should just do away with federal medical malpractice laws, federal child prostitution laws, federal medicine safety laws then? You know, since they are to be considered ‘noble causes’ and all?
Do you realize how many lives have been saved because of medicine safety requirements? How many children have been protected thanks to federal prostitution laws? etc etc etc? While there may not a a proper ‘noble clause’ there is such a thing as moral decency and common sense-
Then maybe you think they should also make bullying a Federal crime too - just because you have a fantasy doesn’t make it constitutional.
