New Hampshire becomes the 12th state to restore permitless carry, often referred to as "Constitutional" carry, because it was the state of the law when the Bill of Rights was ratified. The first infringements on the carry of arms did not occur until 40 years later, when the Supreme Court ruled that the bill of rights did not apply to the states, and states started passing laws against the concealed carry of weapons.

Right next door, Vermont has had constitutional cary since the beginning of statehood. Now New Hampshire is the same.

So when does he sign a bill to stop "Domiciling" during and election cycle to keep Mass-Residents from coming up and helping Maggie Hassan to become a Senator ( yes Ayotte was no prize ) and giving the electoral votes too illary?

As much as I like the 2nd-Amend. me thinks NH has bigger fish to fry....
