New Hampshire becomes the 12th state to restore permitless carry, often referred to as "Constitutional" carry, because it was the state of the law when the Bill of Rights was ratified. The first infringements on the carry of arms did not occur until 40 years later, when the Supreme Court ruled that the bill of rights did not apply to the states, and states started passing laws against the concealed carry of weapons.

Right next door, Vermont has had constitutional cary since the beginning of statehood. Now New Hampshire is the same.
All very good.The two contiguous states now can be roamed at will by those who carry.
