Costs this guy half his stuff to get away from pure crazy. Seems like a worthwhile investment. Get away from the crazy!
That is a big part of the equation for me also. I have some D aquaintences who have talked till their values are clear and these are NOT people I would trust to keep my kids. I could visit and enjoy them at the neighborhood block party, but the value system prevents my trust in them as "friends."
that is a trite explanation of my feelings on the R and D or conservative/liberal values. To me, those value systems ARE the division in the country.
The real question is what man could have married that thing in the first place.

Yeah, that woman not talking to her sons is proof it’s mental illness in my book.
Good grief. Mental disease.
It's not a mental disease.
It's a religion.
To her, her husband is a heretic.
Why do Liberals pursue their goals with such aggression, passion, and fervor?
They are on a religious conquest.
Certainly hit with the ugly stick. Aunt Esther was better-looking.
This last election was all about the “culture war” writ large.
Yes it was. There is no denying the war between right and wrong in this either. We need only look as far as the rights guaranteed us by the Constitution being taken away.
My mother in law is a retired state employee and a life long liberal. She voted for Trump.
Party On Garth!
Never Ever marry a libtard.
“damn. My wife voted Trump”
Haha, thanks for the laugh.
Winning baby, WINNING- it’s still happenings!!! Good fn riddance.
You are making the rash assumption that Ms. Matalin and Mr. Carville are actually as politically opposite privately as they appear to be in public. I've always been of the mind that most of what they say and do is WWE-level theatrics.
“a self-described “Democrat leaning toward socialist”
How did the poor guy endure that for 22 years?
Well, they say politics makes for strange bedfellows (literally) and this marriage was a perfect example of it.
The same is true for us, well almost. My sister is, or at least was, a Democrat supporter. However, after Reagan I pretty much ceased all communication with her so I do not know if she has changed. I do know that her church was supporting a Hispanic family who ended up robbing them blind and I sort of gathered that this was kind of a slap of reality for her. Especially since I had predicted that probable outcome, which she of course dismissed without thought.
My father-in-law was also a lifelong Democrat voter, who finally realized that the Democrat Party was no longer the party that he had supported all of his life. Because he is 90+ years old, and a veteran of both WWII & Korea, he only has the MSM to rely on for his news. No internet in other words. With my wife's, and his girlfriend's help we convinced him what a crook Hillary really was/is and why he could not vote for her. I know he voted for Trump.
What an extremely SAD Story Over nothing.
When my kids got old enough to date, my advice to them was that it was ok to date a democrat, but don’t ever marry one.
Maybe you should ask them before you even ask them out.
