Except that cases can be dismissed up front.
If someone files suit saying the Secret Service is somehow acting in a discriminatory fashion, does that mean they have to stand down their protection details until the court hears it?

Since the 9th Circuit denied the Appeal, if the DOJ rushes too fast to the SCOTUS, might the current ruling become the rule with the current SCOTUS at 4 to 4?
Should Trump wait until Gorsuch is seated to get this in front of SCOTUS?
