Political BS aside, the Oscars are just so much emotional masturbation for egomaniacs. Go ahead and cancel, I quadruple dog dare ya! Last years Oscar ratings were at an 8 yr low, could THAT have something to do with it? Besides, these overpaid mannequins each own 2 or 3 10k sq ft mansions. Collectively that's over 2 million sq ft of living space, enough to comfortably accommodate 4000 Syrian refugees. When they step up to the plate, put their money where their mouths are and set an example then they can say something. Until then they can tell their jokes to other folks.

Instead,run some Jimmy Stewart movies from back in they day in black and white. This was a guy who flew a trainer aircraft through a hangar while serving his country and that took brass ones, not the crop of girlymahn that inculcate Hollyweird now.
