Why do you have to choose only one? Even here in North Carolina, where pulled pork barbecue with pepper vinegar sauce is almost sacrosanct, there are quite a few barbecue “agnostic” restaurants that have been very successful. Serve them all. NC pulled pork, Texas brisket, KC ribs and all the awesome goodness of what really should be the Thanksgiving meal in this country, it’s our original food, learned from the native tribes, just add Elizabethan “catsup” which was more like herbs and spices, preserved in vinegar. The sweet sauces came later, as pioneers and barbecue moved west and sugar became less of a rarity.

Okay, so the menu so far is

Alaskan King Crab with Wisconsin butter.

NC pulled pork, Texas brisket, KC ribs

Pennsylvanian Apple Pie with Wisconsin cheddar.

Lets keep this going. What other TRUMP states can add to the menu.
