John Marshall Park is between the US Courthouse and Australian Embassy on PA Ave. ... right along the parade route, where PA Ave and Constitution split, at the foot of Capitol Hill. If the bikers aren’t in place well before then-President Trump (love saying/writing that) leaves the podium at his swearing in, they will be hard pressed to get there. The mobs who will be leaving the Mall at the same time will overwhelm the neighborhood.
We were at the Bush 43 swearing in; it took 1.5 hours to get from @ 4th to 6th Street, there were so many people, and movement so slow. My office is at 6th and PA Ave, so I know the area fairly well. It just becomes a sea of people.

The area is lined with Don’s Johns, In fact, there was a story about the ones on the Capitol grunds. The Architect of the Capitol deemed the “Don’s Johns” on the doors to be advertising, so the signs had to be taped over.
Pretty much every building along the route is closed or highly secured. If I wanted to go to watch the parade from my office (in a commercial, not government, building), I’d have had to fill out a security form months ago. There will be nearly as many snipers on rooftops as there are Don’s Johns!!
