Here’s a better tip.

PETA nuts and other freaks decided to ruin agriculture with direct actions and slanders. So some states have passed laws making such things unlawful. And not just as petty crimes.

So why shouldn’t states pass laws tailored to hate crimes hoaxers? While they obviously need to be written very carefully so as not to harm real victims, they have to be very punitive to those caught out in deceptions.

First of all, they must misuse police and prosecutorial resources. Accusations against named individuals come under criminal and civil libel laws. So these hoaxes need to implicate indeterminate persons; *or* they should seek to create a public disturbance or animosity between people.

If under examination they either substantively change their story to the police, or confess that it is a hoax, this should be enough for arrest. Likewise, if the police can identify them as creators of the hoax, like buying spray paint on the day of spray paint hate vandalism, that also should substantiate an arrest.

They should. In addition, making a false rape allegation should be a felony.

Politically correct victim status seems to have become so attractive that some people will do anything to get it.

I don’t support a body of more ;was relating to hate crimes.

But i believe if you file a false report or lie to the police or in court, then you should have the same sentence the person you lied about would have had. This would apply to all crimes across the board, not just hate crimes.
