The Shall Not Be Infringed part of the 2nd Amendment seems to elude these gun grabbers.

Even though this is a State's Rights issue, we need the Supreme Court to reissue an opinion regarding the clear meaning of the 2nd Amendment.

I disagree. If a state for example passed a low that forbid criticism of the government it would quickly be challenged in the courts. Second Amendment by being explicitly stated in federal bill of rights should trump state matters (Heller in DC)
