Going to use it because I agree with the Chicago Police authorities that the attack and torture was a hate crime.

If they’d just robbed the guy...it’d be just assault and robbery charges. The minute they went to torture...it was a hate-crime, pure and simple.

Conviction possibility? Zero. This will cause the general public to go back and question the whole intent of hate-crimes and how the system won’t work as advertised.
