We now know that Tuesday's terrorist attack in Berlin, in which 12 people were killed when the terrorist drove a truck through a Christmas festival, was carried out by a Tunisian refugee named Anis Amri.
The good news is that they know who he is (but have yet to capture him). The bad news is that this was all preventable. He arrived in Germany in 2015 seeking asylum and incredibly they allowed him in. All due to Angela Merkel's policy to allow all refugees from the Muslim world. They ignored the fact that he had burned a school in Italy and had been involved in narcotic trafficking as well as theft.
It wasn't until German authorities learned that he was planning terrorist attacks a few months before Tuesday's attack did they think "hmmmm, maybe we should deport this guy."
So when will we learn a lesson from Germany?
Obama obviously hasn't learned yet.

In short, the jihad succeeds not just because of the jihadists, but primarily because of the swelling, assimilation-resistant communities. They are the incubators.
Mass, unvetted immigration from Africa, Asia and the Middle East is turning parts of Germany into no-go zones — lawless areas where the state has effectively lost control and where native Germans, including the police, increasingly fear to come.German authorities steadfastly deny the existence of such areas, but confidential police reports, testimonies from police on the ground and anecdotal evidence from local citizens all confirm that parts of major German cities have descended into pockets of lawlessness where criminal migrants have usurped control of the streets from German police.
Observers say the problems are being exacerbated by the German government, which has relocated hundreds of thousands of asylum seekers and refugees into these areas.

It’s as if folks are incapable of comprehending that we’ve got the exact same problems, just not quite as much from jihadiscum, although they’re damn well represented in the mess.
We’ve got ‘no go zones’ wherever the Mexican and South American invader gangs have infested the pop. We’ve got domestic enemy organizations constantly propagandizing in our schools and universities in support of scumbag invaders (MeChA etc.) Our prisons are filled to bursting with degenerates and violent criminal scumbags that got here by invasion of our southern border. We have American citizens robbed, raped, murdered on daily basis by these invader scumbags. Our social services are swamped to the point of collapse by overwhelming numbers of invader scumbags.
We don’t need Germany to teach us any lessons. We simply need to pull our own heads out of our own arses and pay. attention! to our own surroundings.
We didn’t “learn” after 911. Why would anyone think we’ll ever learn anything about terrorism?
When we get hit, it will be bad. Nationwide. Many dead. Logistical nightmare.

What’s to frickin’ learn? I appreciate the scholarly work of Andy McCarthy but there should not be the slightest mystery about this entire issue.

What never seems to get mentioned is a "peaceful Muslim" could "get religion" some day and become a fatal threat to us Kaffirs..
If a Christian "gets religion" he doesn't pose a fatal threat to those non-Christians around him.

And, the very same people who’ll be screaming bloody murder for the heads of those who “failed to connect the dots” are now, the dots that need connecting themselves as they constantly work at doing whatever is needful to ensure our nightmare to come. Just like last time.
So...this is a worldview/religion that venerated a murderous bandit. The Jews of Medina were slaughtered, with the exception of the women that were kept as sex slaves. THAT is the foundation of Islam.
The biggest problem is the first sentence of Amendment XIV:
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
That needs to be amended out of the Constitution.
Birthright citizenship may have been appropriate 150 years ago, but it creates millions of problems in the 21st Century - US children with illegal foreign parents.
What I suggest is:
The first sentence of Amendment XIV is hereby repealed.
Every child born in the USA after April 30, 2017 shall be born with the citizenship of their mother as of 10 months prior to giving birth.
No foreigner may be granted US citizenship unless the foreigner is over age 22 and has lawfully held a full-time job in the US for over two years that will provide the person enough income to be ineligible for any federal low-income benefit if made a US citizen.
[That’s to make it impractical/impossible for Democrats to give a scofflaw mom or her newborn US citizenship.]
