The CIA is in really big trouble now over the whole Russia hack thing. Now Congress is coming after them, not because they lied about it, but because they LEAKED a “top secret” document about it. Congressman Peter King told ABC News, “WE HAVE SUPPOSEDLY [CIA DIRECTOR] JOHN BRENNAN LEAKING INFORMATION TO THE WASHINGTON POST, TO A BIASED NEWSPAPER LIKE THE NEW YORK TIMES — FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS THAT HE’S NOT TELLING THE [HOUSE] INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE.”

It’s not so much that Flynn hates Brennan. If you’ve read Flynn’s book, you know that he believes that Brennan has done a lousy job, resisting all efforts to put an effective anti-jihad strategy in place, literally ignoring all efforts to implement such a strategy, literally refusing to listen.

ANSWER: Congress puts you under oath before you testify.
So, if there is some evidence but, you don’t want to compromise sources testifying to Congress, you simply state that there was Russian signatures on the intercept.
Problem with saying that UNDER OATH is that it better be true...if you want to avoid jail time.

I’ve worked for government agencies. Every single time it became obvious that they could easily do twice the work with half the people. In other words the government is only 25% efficient, or 75% too big.
Take welfate alone- 73% of the money spent on Welfare goes to the government workers to “manage the program”.
Only 27 cents out of each dollar make it to a family.
The same with all government agencies. There are some so bloated there were even jokes made about it- for example there were so many bureaucrats in the “Bureau of Indian Affairs” that there was a famous caroon depicting a man crying in an office there, and when asked why the reply was “his Indian died”
Welfare has the equivalent of one full-time government employee for each family on Welfare. And he makes 3 times as much money as them.
