The John Locke Foundation just published its First In Freedom Index, a report that compares and ranks the relative freedom of all fifty states.
#1 at present, but the people from the N/E blue states moving down will eventually screw it up, and that you can bet on.
NJ is an absolute disgrace - until some of these politicians are thrown in jail an NJ is made a right to work state - the corruption will continue till we are bankrupt.
Upstate NY is dying. DYING.
I was born there, my family originates there and I was raised on stories of how beautiful, prosperous, influential and important the whole state was.
Now when I visit it’s one deserted town after another. Even dairy farms are shuttered. How bad does a government have to be that a multi-generational dairy farm can’t survive?!?
It makes me SICK!!! There is no place I would rather live, but leftist have made it uninhabitable!!
I did not see where it defined “health care freedom”.
I think NC and SC are backwards.
I’ve been an SC resident all my life and a for a good part lived on the NC border and worked in NC.
NC seemed more restrictive than SC.
Woo! Hoo! Arizona!
That #2 rating for AZ seems pretty generous and may be tenuous at best, depending on the level of the CA influx bringing their voting patterns with them.
I feel freedom in Georgia!
Florida, #1...
Whatta bunch of bullsh#t.
As my grandpappy used to say:
“Up your ass with a broken glass”
So sorry. I grew up in Detroit when it was great. Then watched from afar as it kept getting worse and worse. Now it is coming back.
Hang in there.
44? 44! But I thought Maryland was the “Free State”. Oh, so sorry, it is the “Fee State”.
Me too
Me too...but shhhhhhh...don’t tell anyone.
#49... we’ll, it could be worse. I wonder how the rankings would look if they took 2nd amendment policies into consideration...
And what’s wrong with New Mexico?
As my grandpappy used to say:
Up your ass with a broken glass
As my grandpappy used to say:
“Stick it down your throat with a donkey dick.”
Wow! A group of charts where Mississippi isn’t last every time.
