Relying on an “expert” who turns out to be a former Obama aide, CNN this morning compared the Trump family to “corrupt regimes around the world.”
Asked by host Christi Paul whether the presence of Trump family members in official meetings with foreign heads of state and business leaders posed an ethical problem, CNN reporter Cristina Alesci said “a number of ethics experts said, yeah, it’s a serious problem. A number of outspoken experts are comparing the Trump’s family behavior to corrupt regimes around the world.”
The only “expert” cited was former Obama aide Norman Eisen, seen in a clip saying “this is not the first time this has happened. I’m just shocked it’s happened in the United States.”

1. No news outlet should be allowed to be controlled / owned by any foreign interests.

I’m beginning to get the strong sense that all the media craziness is being driven by a desire to offset the damage to come from those leaked emails.
The Clinton Foundation is quite obviously corrupt but the majority of Americans appear not to know this, so they’re getting out in front before it hits the fan, and claiming that not just Donald Trump but he and his family are comparable to corrupt regimes around the world.
Family, regimes around the world, corrupt? Now, where did that come from, if not intended to offset the leaked emails regarding the Clinton Foundation? Slide the word “Family” in there, too, to confuse the public with the smaller Clinton Family Foundation.
I bet the public would be amazed to know that 96% of Hillary Clinton’s claimed charitable donations were to her own foundation, and not the Clinton Family Foundation, but the far larger Clinton Foundation.

On March 21, CNN falsely accused Zimmerman of using the racially explosive term “fucking coon” on a 911 call. Live, on the air, during Anderson Cooper’s primetime show, an audio expert listened to an unintelligible audio tape and incorrectly concluded Zimmerman had described Martin as a “fucking coon” just moments before he shot him.
This irresponsible and premature segment aired the very night before Al Sharpton’s high-profile rally in Florida.
After the audio was fully enhanced (something CNN obviously didn’t wait to do before falsely defaming Zimmerman), it became clear that Martin had either said “fucking cold” or “fucking punks.”
More than two weeks would pass before CNN would retract its falsehood.
