At least his last years were happy ones. Sorry to hear this news, but that is the cycle of life. So sad that Courage had to spend so much time in an abusive situation.
Nothing like the love of a good dog and rescued dogs know and appreciate their new homes; especially if they have spent a lot of time in a pound or neglected like this one. RIP Courage. You will see your best friend at the Rainbow Bridge when its time...
