The people of the country heard and considered arguments as to Trump’s merits and qualifications and elected him according to the rules in place when the election was run. Without a new and deeply compelling reason for electors to reject Trump, denying him the Presidency that the voters freely and knowingly conferred would trigger political uncertainty and turmoil like that leading up to the Civil War.

Saw the interview, only reinforces my opinion that most celebrities suffer from The Suzanne Somers Syndrome. This occurs when an actor begins to believe everything his press agent says about him. Just because Mike Ferrell can play a doctor on TV doesn’t mean he’s going to be asked to perform a bris anytime soon.
But I was disappointed that Tucker Carlson didn’t ask Mr. Farrell if his stance means that if those electors pledged to Hillary personally decide she’s unqualified to be President, can they also vote for someone else?
