At Trump’s rally the other day, he mentioned the Never Trumpers who had come around prior to the election as being OK, but those who came around after the election, were not really OK. I took that as a direct shot at Romney, and from that moment thought that Romney would be kicked to the curb where he belongs.

Not sure I wholly understand this (prospective) appointment, but time will tell if this one is a good move.
Trump certainly has a tremendous group around him. If he’s listening to their advice, and taking their counsel, all these picks should play out well.

Go, Trump!

I think I’ve figured out President Trump’s interview technique.

After he chooses a candidate, he invites in the opposite of that candidate, and video records their interview. Then he gives the video to the real candidate, and tells them, “Don’t be that guy in your new job. Here is a guide video of what *not* to do.”

I honestly cannot wait to hear the libs’ impotent, irrelevant whining when the American economy is going through the roof, jobs are plentiful, and people are happier than they have been since the late 80’s.

They'll find something to bitch about. They've still never forgiven Reagan for not blowing up the world in a nuclear holocaust like they promised he would.

‘Promote’ McCain. McCain needs an ambassadorship. Lets say in his home country of Panama or some such backwater and let the governor of Arizona pick an ‘American’ to replace him.

Romney wasn’t snubbed. He had interviews like all of them. He just wasn’t chosen.

He is expected to have Donald Trump’s baby, too. Stupid speculation without an author.

My sense is that Trump knows what he is looking for in the Secretary of State position, that he interviewed all the usual candidates for the job and wasn’t finding that “it” quality; so he’s expanded his search and is looking at corporate CEO types. Maybe this guy, maybe not. I like it though. They need to get some new names in there.

“He will be paired with former UN Ambassador John Bolton as his deputy secretary of state, one of the sources added, with Bolton handling day-to-day management of the department.”

Sounds like a winner!

Speaking of the national debt to stop the bleeding a 20% across the board import tariff promotes domestic industry and balances the budget.
