Sanctuary City policies encourage human trafficking of illegal aliens and whether mayors, supervisors and complicit law enforcement officers are also complicit in those crimes?
Every time the issue of illegal aliens or deportation comes up, the Left, argues against something they know isn’t going to happen. But the reason the Left always brings the conversation to the line, “how are you going to round up and deport 15 million undocumented immigrants?” is not to get an answer, It is to get you to feel bad for even thinking about deporting anyone. Because they know it isn’t going to happen the way they describe, their argument is completely bogus. But it is incredibly effective, which is why you keep hearing the line.
You do notice that implementation would require the average citizen to continually establish his citizenship. National ID card, anyone?
Penalize those Americans who hire illegals:
1. First offense: $10,000.00 fine.
2. Second offense: $50,000.00 fine.
3. Third offense: JAIL time AND $50,000.00 fine.
Another problem solved.
Rather hard to do that because illegals can get fake identities.
$10,000 fine and 30 days in jail for anyone caught employing an illegal immigrant after Jan 20, 2017. Big companies, small companies, rich people, poor people, construction crews, restaurants, house cleaning companies, everyone should be on the hook...
Then we should amend our deportation policy to incentivize the illegals to spill the beans on their previous employers. Maybe expedite the deportation of those who are apprehended and choose to snitch (and can prove it) while those who don’t snitch have to wait weeks in a detention facility for their cases to move through the system.
Throwing the people responsible for hiring the illegals in jail for 30 days will do wonders for getting the illegals to self deport.

Why is it that the same people that say say we can’t deport 15 million illegals seem to have no concept of the effort and expense to process the same number for citizenship when you consider criminal background checks, health checks, cost of welfare etc. duuuuuuh.

Start arresting mayors, council members, and police chiefs for conspiracy and for being accessories. Declare your city a sanctuary, go to jail. Adios amigos.
you simply tell employers that it's a $10,000 fine per head if caught the first time, $50,000 the second, i doubt there'd be a third, but if there is confiscation of all company property and a hefty prison term they would self deport
Fake identities cost money. The illegals don't have that kind of money. The coyotes sneak them in where they know there is work waiting for them. They ARE "undocumented" and the Americans hire them.
My wife and I are both natural born citizens of the United States. Our son is a United States citizen with a birth certificate issued in Russia (his mother and I are listed as his birth parents). He has lived here with his us, his parents, since shortly after his first birthday.
Are you saying he should not be allowed to attend school here?

No, that is not what I am suggesting at all. What I am suggesting is if you do not have parents/guardians who are in this country legally, then that child needs to be sent home with their relatives. After I made my comment I realized that it would not cover all situations. I am an educator who is tired, not of working with students but of having to spend most of time and resources working with students who should not be here and who do not care about our country.
So, my comment was a quickly made point that could have been clarified. I am all for immigrants who come in to our country legally. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to explain. :)
