That's something that really needs to be cleared up. It has been posted numerous times on many different threads since election night that absentee ballots are not counted unless there are enough of them to change to outcome after all other votes have been counted.
That never made any sense so me, but apparently quite a few people think that.
Another myth that won’t die.
So are there 27,000 uncounted absentee ballots? If so, it seems a pretty screwed up way to run an election. Are the total number of absentees ballots at least a known quantity?
