Whats going on in Pennsylvania is that there is a certain margin of votes that have to be reached before a recount is triggered. Pennsylvania has not hit that level. So for there to be a recount the Green Party would have to put up a $1,000,000 dollars bond for the labor in the event the election results do not change for the winning candidate. The Green Party does not want to put up the money. So they're filing a federal lawsuit to try to force a recount for free. Even though it cost them to file the suit.
In the video above a representative for the Green Party did what I would call an 'impromptu presser'. It looks more like a two or three local reporters caught him on the street after filing the lawsuit.
The reason I think its was not planned was because the representative was asked repeatedly for specific examples of voter fraud. The representative, who did not give his name in the video, could not produce a single incident of fraud in Pennsylvania. Instead he went into allegory that votes are kept in a room with a thousand doors and no security. So he didn't seem to have any sympathetic or softball questions that a full presser would have.

Definitely!! Something tells me she’s gonna keep getting dismissed all the way up to and including the USSC.
If the SCOTUS were a 4-4 tie, the lower court ruling would stand.
Why was Wisconsin worth $3.5 million but Pennsylvania isnt worth $1 million

Maybe Wisconsin has milked a few more cows than Pennsylvania..
Yes, that’s exactly why I see it playing out this way. This is the kind of crap the legacy media is drooling for, but I do hope I’m wrong even if the end result works in our favor.
Bummer-we may need the Greens down the road.
The recount is not over as long as they can appeal to federal courts.
They are happy to make taxpayers bear the cost of their convictions.
The federal courts have no jurisdiction. That doesn’t mean they won’t assume jurisdiction.
I was thinking the same thing. She canceled her court date in PA to run to the fed courts. She didn’t get a PA ruling first.
Recount efforts and court hearings will continue until Jan 20th. They will find a judge or judges willing to throw out some of the state’s returns.
They are going to the federal court so they can go up to SCOTUS. I imagine they will be turned down at the District and Circuit levels, then run to SCOTUS.

Link to some of Judge Diamonds ratings...of note are the low ratings from criminal defense attorneys and private civil litigants. As a former federal criminal investigator, I see that is a good thing.
One comment that is noteworthy and indicative of the Judges approach (a good sign):
I think the majority of comments must be from disgruntled litigants. A no-nonsense judge, he manages his cases and moves his docket along with a firm hand. But I have found him smart, fair, and prompt in his decisions, which are well-reasoned. Thats not to say I have always agreed with his rulings. That is why we have appellate courts.
Wisconsin poll workers have to be provided with cheese
Thank you for the updated information.
“$1 million just to start.”
Then for the burning of midnight oil there will be an environmental surcharge of $4.5 billion.
