Boy! This recount thing is totally falling apart. PA is not going to happen. WI looks like it is on life support and now MI is just certified.
So the article I was reading was actually incorrect. That does not surprise me.

WI candidate Rocky De La Fuente filed his recount petition from Cuba with the help of the US State Department. He also walked away with $7 million in government funds....
Hmmmmmm.....wonder how many identities Rocky has.....and how many US govt checks he’s cashing?

I’m reading conflicting information, even on this thread. Some say Stein can still request a recount in Michigan until Wednesday. Some say she can’t. Either way, Trump won and there’s nothing they can do about it, other than make things noisy and messy...which I figure they will do wherever it’s allowed.

She has filed in WI and PA now, and this will be the third state.
If the Dems can manufacture enough Hillary votes in those states then Hillary wins... end of game.

Michigan law requires there be a certified final canvass before a recount can be requested.
In Fla 2000 the Dems were trying to prevent a certification of the vote, not requesting a recount.
Preventing a certification could make it ‘illegal’ for the state to appoint it’s electors.
Now that there is a certified vote in Michigan, electors will be appointed and vote in the Electoral College as per Mich law. Unless the recount results in a new certified vote before the 13th- or maybe the 19th- of December.
It is a perfect time to sucker in more crybaby libtards. They are desperate for a win! ANYTHING, actually.
They are still,in the courts.
They are hoping to cause any sorts of delays possible thinking this will deny Trump ec votes.
They forget scotus 2000 precendence set, that stopped the recalls and awarded the certified elections and ec votes to the winning candidate.
They dont care. They want to if possible,get court precedents in their favor, deny valid elections, cause 4 years of he has no mandate, he was given it, on zero proof, whatever they can do to deny reality.
