Well the FBI Director reports to the Director of National Intelligence, who in turn reports to the President. The Director is also supervised by the Attorney General, as the FBI is an agency of the Department of Justice.

So, once Trump has his team in place, things ought to change, or at least we will see Mr. Comey do his job. Or his replacement.

That’s my thinking too. I hope someone at NYPD or somewhere had the sense to make a copy of everything there.

Agreed. Trump should delegate this to others, and all of them should be extremely discreet about intentions until the inauguration and AG confirmation hearings are over. Then the AG should appoint an “Independent Prosecutor”, with the ability to select his/her own team from the FBI and DoJ, and base the investigation in a location other than DC. Pursue Hillary for the Clinton Foundation/Sale of Office crimes first. Hillary will scream that the email case is political persecution, but graft is a lot easier to understand. Simultaneously pursue her underlings for involvement in both the pay to play, and mishandling classified data. Eventually someone will make a deal to reveal what Clinton was up to. For anything to come of the rumored sex crime evidence from the Weiner-Abedin laptop is almost too much to hope for.

It the complete picture. If killery had a spec of humility in her I think the American people would have some sympathy.

Rule of Law is the Rule of Law.

Period.

Wow I always liked Sessions but did not know all of this that I have read here......his quotes are very telling and his history is excellent!!! ; > D

I don't think Trump is going to back away from this or the emails, or the ‘spirit cooking’ along with John Podesta and his brother, Robby Mook, and the other trouble maker that is meeting with Soros to try and bring Trump down before he takes his oath of office...

What Trump has said is if his A.G. wants to appoint an independent prosecutor then that will be what happens...

Personally, my gut tells me yes Trump wants it all brought out so we can see how destructive this has been to our Nation, and because this is so bad we have to know about it and let the chips fall where they may...

I figured as much, but if it were to happen. I just wonder how a long drawn out divorce proceeding, could be used to portray Hillary as a victim. I can hear the bleeding hearts now. “She’s been through so much, suffered so much, sacrificed so much, can’t we just let her move on”

How does the FBI control the NYPD? Other than telling DeCommieo to shut it down.

Sounds like they stole the evidence - which some Congress Critter said they had a copy of......

Comey's gonna be gone and so is Lynch - still plenty of corruption with the Clintons to sink one's teeth into w/o going on a witch hunt....

It was fairly obvious that when FBI “reopened” the email investigation it was for the purpose of seizing the Weiner evidence and issuing gag orders.

NYPD had previously fired a shot across the bow, saying they’d leak the info if FBI didn’t pursue. That’s why nobody has any proof of Assange since 10/15 and WikiLeaks was raided worldwide.

It’s a real problem for Obama because without a Hillary victory there is no option for mutual pardons between the two (as outrageous as that prospect sounds.) That leaves the only “safe” option as a pardon for Hillary limited to for the email/ private server issue. To go beyond that would be tantamount to an admission on Obama’s part that he was aware of additional issues which were and are not under investigation. He may not be the sharpest tool in the shed but he’s certainly capable of understanding the possibility of damage to his precious “legacy” that would result from a blanket pardon.

In addition, the overlap of the Weiner investigation and the emails presents a whole other array of pitfalls (i.e., pedogate, Clinton Foundation, both Clintons, FBI and maybe DOJ.) After January 20 the collusion between the White House and the individuals, entities, and institutions above will be without the necessary power to thwart resumption of the various investigations to come and the meting out of justice.

An independent prosecutor is clearly the way to go. He will need all the necessary investigative tools. He would have to share the laptop evidence so Carlos Danger doesn’t skate free again.

Is he going to pardon Bill, and Webb Hubbell's daughter too?

Get to the bottom of the whole thing, and send everyone in her world to prison if that's where the facts go.

The Real Drunk Her

NOVEMBER 17, 2016

woman-no-makeup-2

[Blind Gossip] Some people were shocked to see the transformation of this very famous woman in so short a time.

People don’t seem to get that this is the real her. She doesn’t really have any sort of beauty routine. Also, she doesn’t have a steady enough hand to do the makeup herself.

By the way, the reason she didn’t show at her own party isn’t because she was sad. It was because she was DRUNK. She’s a vodka girl and will sometimes drink a lot during the day but that night she got plastered.

It wouldn’t have been the worst thing in the world to push her out on stage with tears in her eyes. But we couldn’t put her out there drunk. That would have made the whole night an even bigger disaster.

Yes, that would have been a disaster… but a very entertaining disaster!
