Would an expert hacker, who can choose any IP address they want, deliberately choose a Russian IP address? It’s like sending a ransom letter in cut-out magazine letters to hide your identity, but putting the return address as “From the Russians”. That’s not what the Russians would do; it’s what an idiot trying to frame the Russians would do...
And this has the same smell. They think we’re idiots, even after we’ve got audio of them saying this is the kind of crap they do. And right after the head of Hillary’s black outreach said there was no way Hillary would get blacks to turn out and vote for her...
