It sure looks like a chroma key, but I think it’s only a camera with way too much detail enhancement cranked in that gives the hard edges around the in focus portions of the scene, Hillary and her lectern.

When that camera comes up in front during the first minute, the screen on the camera doesn’t seem to show the crowd behind her. So this seems a tad creative.

I watched a shorter clip of this earlier today with the guy who fell asleep. I thought it looked like her body had been superimposed over the audience. My second thought was, why would the use a clip with a guy sleeping?

Here is a still that shows she is so far away from the people behind her that the camera can't focus on both at the same time. That is why it looks like green screen.



You can see the sleepy guy and the woman who wakes him up in the background. I zoomed the image in for the mobile users out there. Just "view image" to see it full size.

Oh, wow, absolutely—look at those cell phones being held down low to her left and right, one in front and one behind—they aren’t even aiming their phones at her.

But overall the blue screen effects are obvious. What’s going on?

Yeah, that's what kept me from saying anything. The sleeper looks worse for Hillary than faking it.
