The Arizona Fall League is for evaluating and developing talent. Coaching for the purpose of winning is secondary if considered at all. Especially with Tebow, they are looking at his instincts.
AFL teams are each made up of players from different organizations so the won-loss record isn’t important.
I’m actually surprised that Tebow has only average or below speed.

I wish Tim the best of luck, but I always thought that he would have been better served looking at a position switch to tight end or fullback in the NFL, rather than trying to make it strictly as a quarterback. Terelle Pryor is having some success after switching to a wide receiver, and I think Tebow could have done the same.
