I agree. Zell Miller was the last Dem at the national level I supported. He was a great Governor as well. He was a former marine of the old school, his parents were educators of the old school, and he had deep love for the country.
He served sixteen years as lieutenant governor before his eight years as Governor. A primary reason Georgia remained Democrat as long as it did. His biggest mistake was backing Bill Clinton in 1992. A mistake he admitted to his staff in 1994.
Can these people give me a list of cities that are in desperate need of more population and traffic? Suburbs in desperate need to be more sprawly? Rural towns in desperate need to be less ruraly?
